Never to be told
Dreams

Dreams of splendour
Happiness and fame
All to be seen
Going down the drain.

Sadness, despair
Anguish and heartache
Tear at the soul
Shattered
Fall to the floor
Never, no more.

Up from the tatters
Mended but bruised
Focused on laughter
Making that dream
Come true.
