She’s Coming Home

Loving ~ photo by Jennifer Clark

She’s coming home
I’ll pick her up
No more alone
Forever to stay here
Here at home.

May have sadness
Remorse and regrets
But she will lay
In peace and happiness
Forever, ever to be missed
My sweet
Sweet little miss.

Her soft, rough fur
Her gentle brown, caring eyes
Her tail that never wags
No barks, no romping
A smile upon her sweet face
I may see no more.

But home you’ll be
Home with me

    • Yes. It’s where they belong.
