Dismal failure
comes to mind
when I recite
a simple
nursery rhyme.
They speak of laughter
a joyous time
while in my heart
cries of disaster
no merry
nursery rhyme.
Dark place
that’s what I feel
what comes to mind
reciting
nursery rhymes.
