Leaves Falling
November 2, 2021Leaves falling
Leaving all the ground
Covered
With
A quiet sound.
Breezes
Stirring leaves
Here and there
Falling from branches
Now left bare.
Thru the winter
All quietens down
Passing storms bring
The only sound
Of
Branches cracking
Blowing down.
In the spring
Life will come
Bright and warm
On
Into summer’s sun.
Til
Full circle in the fall
Once again
We’ll see
Leaves fall.
