Sweet Dreams

Sweet dreams come slowly
Quietly moving thru
Leaving behind visions
Memories I hold onto
Sometimes vivid
Then maybe vague
They play out active
There inside my head.

I feel I could touch
Hold tight
The figures in sweet dreams
That come to me
In the darkness
And early morning light.
