Conspiracy comes and flows
Taking breath
Out of control
No one knows who to trust
Where safe lives
Or
Whether the world
As we know it
Will turn to dust.
Conspiracy shows
She has no mercy
Reigning ruthlessly
Laughing at despair
Smirking
At courtesy.
Conspiracy destroys
Undermines
The beauty of innocence
And
Tenderness becomes
An unimaginable crime.

Let me lift up my soul
My heart, my eyes
To the bright cerulean sky
Let no heart beat
Without a steady beat
No eye cry for a unbeknown
Love that’s died.
Let my feet walk, run
In rhythm with the flowing sun
Shade my head
With kindness, courtesy
Feel no dread
As my arms embrace
The living grace that surrounds
All living.
Seeking not
A world of anguish
But living
Living without knowing
Sadness, pity
There I’ll live
With the upmost dignity.

An old soul once told me
‘Be kind, gentle and above all full of courtesy’.
Makes no difference that old soul you see
Was a dog I knew
Oh, just so briefly.

Every morning I open my book
Writing
The words given to me.
Every morning I think about living
Life
Free with courtesy.
Every morning I see
A different morning
One
I make it to be.
