Horrors Be

Horrors be 
can’t take them
away
away from the head 
they stay  
mentally. 

The body will heal 
but 
the spirit, the soul
keep 
those things into
eternity. 

We know we must 
must let them
go 
throw them away 
don’t let them
crush 
your spirit
your kind soul. 

Today, just today 
let them go 
no more in your head 
to fester
create dread 
let them go, let them go
instead.
