Thoughts at morning
Bring the night to life
Answering questions
Dreamed late last night.

Maybe tomorrow
It will all seem right
But for now
Answers dance
In the morning light.

I dreamed last night
And
I don’t know why.

I dreamed last night
Of a time gone by
Of power and might
And travel
At the speed of light.

I dreamed last night
The world is old
We have been here
For years untold.

I dreamed last night
Of losing power and might
Living
In bewilderment and strife.

I dreamed last night
From elsewhere we came
On a flash of light
Brightening the sky
Lighting the night.

This I dreamed last night.
