Seeing
life
as it should be
Making
no changes
that would hurt another being
Hearing
magnificence
in
the beauty all around me
Pleased
that I’m here
that
I live now

Waiting, waiting For the terrible, the bad
To pass.
Then the sun will shine, rivers flow
Lives will live, love and give
To all they know.

Holding still trying to understand
The health of the world
Of course nothing is in my command.
Just a traveller on this ocean of life
Moving up and down
The good, the bad felt here in this my life.
Grateful for the time given me
Happy I exist, that I be
Maybe tomorrow I will understand.
Until then I’ll live my life
Travelling, knowing
I’m not in command.
