I Have Seen

I have seen 
I haven’t been
the one  you want 
this I know 
I haven’t been. 

Days go by 
nights seem 
to melt into nothingness 
where nothing lives 
nothings been. 

Still you’re on my mind 
and I have seen 
there’s a chance 
you’ve heard my voice 
you’ve seen. 

I’m here
I live, I love 
I am
a human being.

Wondrous

I’ve heard, I have seen
Things so wondrous
Just can’t believe.

Trees growing
living being coming to life
in the spring
bearing fruit summer
in between falls to winter
when they seem to be
sleeping.

One wonder to behold
to be seen
may be ordinary
but
if you stop, look and listen
miraculous it will become
wondrous it will seem.

On this trip, this journey.
