Everyone isn’t the one
I should have been
Accepting that is harder
Then anything has ever been.

Maybe tomorrow it’ll be
What I want, what I need
But that remains
Remains to be seen.

Busy thinking of
All the things
That must be done
The minutes needed
Time left over
Is next to none.

Busy thinking how
Can I complete all this
Then remember
In this world
In the scheme of things
All will be done.

When its needed

Just need
All these things.

Seeking solitude, quiet and a resting mind
No bitterness, no crime
No tears smearing a saddened face
Only a smile, a happy thought
A loving gesture
All things caring in this
A quiet time.

Mist Rises From A Land

Mist rises from a land
Wet with prosperity
Vibrant green leads the way
On a day full
Of joy and loyalty.

This is my day all the way
Nothing will stop me
From being that person
The land, wind and rain
Will make me.

Mist rises and I see
What I need in a land vibrant
Filled with prosperity
This will lead me
Complete me, making me that
What I need to be.
