My Heart Does Sing

My heart does sing
A song so pretty
Blossoms bloom 
Grass grows
And
Birds sing 

For the song
Sung
Doesn’t weep
but reaches, holds up with strength
All that’s needed  

To keep the earth whole
Skies blue
Stars shining 
And
Waters running 

For they too
Sing
Such a lovely song
Of grace, beauty  
And
Sincere gratitude.
