A Place

I think the world has come
to 
a place 
of tremendous joy
or
deep sorrow 

Each step we take
will lead us
to
a place 
filled with happiness 
or
despair 

This place 
where I want to be 
is
not hidden 
but
open, right there 
in front of you 
of me 

Take the steps
you need 
to chose
the path to joy
this place
of
happy 

Tread not down 
the deep,
dark hole 
of
desperate agony 

This place 
I think I need 
I feel 
I see
I will be.

A World Most Divine

I seek to find
the world
in a place divine

No hatred
killing
ever creeping slime

Caring places all
on the pedestal of sincere
and right

Full of joy
laughter
cuddling thru the night

This is where I want to be
this is how
all things should turn

A place I’ll seek, I’ll look
I’ll find
in a world most divine.
